FOOD GRADE COOKER OIL
LUBRIPLATE food grade Food Grade Cooker Oil is a zinc-free product for use in Manzel lubrication systems in pressure chillers and microvalves such as B. in FMC cookers and sterilizers or similar applications where high temperatures and high humidity prevail. The lubricant must form a reliable and continuous protective film for the bearings, rotors and valves that have to function under these difficult conditions. However, the cans must not be covered with an oily film. The operating temperatures of these cooker and sterilizer applications typically exceed 260°F/127°C.
LUBRIPLATE's food-grade Food Grade Cooker Oil contains antimicrobial agents that retard the growth of bacteria and mold.
It is enriched with additives that provide the lubricated surfaces with a tough protective film, provide protection against corrosion and reduce oxidation and sludge deposits.
The food-safe Food Grade Cooker Oil from LUBRIPLATE ensures optimal lubrication at constant temperatures. Although specifically designed for the above application, there are many other applications where a product of this type can be useful.
